Adding your Event Venue is free and quite simple. All published listings have a lifespan of 2 years before our system will notify you that your listing is about to expire. If your venue is still relevant; – you will have the option to renew for a further 2 years at no additional cost.

You are able to link published Events to your Venue. This feature adds an additional tab to your Venue’s ‘detail’ page that lists all upcoming events at your Venue. All published Event pages that are linked to your Venue will also display an additional tab on their ‘detail’ page that will feature your Venue with a link to the ‘detail’ page of your Event Venue. If anyone else submits an Event that will be hosted at your Venue; – they too will have the option to link your Venue to their Event. All Event/Venue link requests will undergo a verification process with the Venue owner to ensure that all information is legit.
Publish your Venue Page by firstly navigating to the provincial page your Venue is in. Click the “SUBMIT” > “VENUE” link and follow the instructions.
Once you have entered the required information and submitted the listing request; – you will be taken to the next screen whereby you can confirm all details are correct and Click the “Publish” button. Your publication request will enter a dormant phase during which the Venue listing will be moderated by us to ensure no foul play or unruly material has been submitted. The moderation period is usually done within 8 hours of receiving your request but can take up to 72 hours to be given the all-clear from our team.
All submitted Venue listings are subject to the moderation period of 72 hours.
